Your natural talent for organization and interpersonal communication allows you to seamlessly coordinate office administration! 


  • Play a key role in Brane’s mission of operational excellence across all functions and areas of the company; 
  • Providing a broad variety of administrative and coordination focused tasks, including but not limited to: calendar management, compiling documents, preparing communication, circulating materials for key internal and external meetings, completing expense reports, arranging travel plans;  
  • Maintaining up-to-date filing system; 
  • Continually developing administrative processes and systems as Brane continues to grow;  
  • Managing office administrative services as applicable;  
  • Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to effectively problem solve. 

Must Haves

  • Proven experience working as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager reporting directly to senior leadership; 
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills; 
  • Expert level proficiency with Microsoft Suite;  
  • Strong written and oral communications skills; 
  • Motivated when managing multiple high priority projects;   
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and continuously improve administrative processes and procedures. 

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in an IIROC dealer or another regulated financial environment; 
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course, Investment Representative, or similar certification; 
  • Knowledge of investment processes and procedures and/or compliance and trade processing rules.
