Overview of the Role

Brane has the expertise and technology to dream big in an industry with massive, unlocked potential. Success in this role is leveraging Brane’s unique offering to build out the market engagement strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Define marketing strategies in support of the organization’s aggressive growth objectives; 
  • Establish and facilitate a robust market intelligence strategy; 
  • Identify target audience and market;  
  • Create and maintain an extensive network of strategic partnerships; 
  • Develop co-marketing initiatives with key partners. 
  • Represent the customer in influencing the products and brand; 
  • Engage and partner with internal cross-functional stakeholders to build a unified, evolving and sustainable customer value proposition and brand; 
  • Leverage the online presence to effectively translate the unified message;  
  • Plan, build and lead a high-performing marketing team; 
  • Lead and act as a mentor across a diverse marketing organization. 

Must Haves

  • Experienced marketing leader with strong analytical and creative leadership abilities;  
  • Proven track record in analyzing opportunities in bold new industries, preferably in the fintech or blockchain space; 
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies (including but not limited to: market research, data analysis, branding, product promotion, etc); 
  • Known for having stellar interpersonal skills; 
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication; 
  • Fintech industry experience; 
  • Passion and experience partnering with the business in a fast-paced, “roll-up-your-sleeves”, tech start-up!

Nice to Haves

  • Blockchain knowledge/industry experience.
