Overview of the Role

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to clearly establish responsibilities, qualifications, skills and knowledge required for each role in the Brane team;
  • Maintain thorough understanding of Brane’s business;
  • Build and lead TA strategies that target a strong pool of candidates for respective roles;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a network of prospective candidates;
  • Manage high-touch, full-cycle recruitment;
  • Manage “Branes Know Branes” Referral program;
  • Identify prospective in-person/virtual employment branding and job fair opportunities;
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate candidate and talent member documentation;
  • Establish interview guides and facilitate interview training;
  • Assist in Employment Branding initiatives as necessary;
  • Assist in development of Brane’s core competency framework;
  • Assist in market research and provide appropriate compensation recommendations;
  • Track and provide analysis on TA key metrics (including but not limited to diversity measures, time-to-fill, sources, etc);
  • Continuously improve the TA experience!

Must Haves

  • Proven success recruiting in a technical environment;
  • Strong aptitude for partnering with business leaders and anticipating their needs;
  • Strong ability to stay current with TA trends and act accordingly;
  • Highly proficient in leveraging social media for targeted recruitment activities;
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; 
  • Known for having stellar interpersonal skills;
  • Passion  and experience partnering with the business in a fast-paced, “roll-up-your-sleeves”, tech start-up!

Nice to Haves

  • Fintech industry experience; 
  • Financial services experience;
  • Blockchain/crypto knowledge/industry experience.
